Cajun chicken, shrimp and sausage pasta with a creamy Alfredo sauce served over tender fettuccine.

Down Home Shrimp & Grits. Plump shrimp, two types of sausage, ham, onions, mushrooms and red peppers sauteed in our Cajun cream sauce and served over extra cheesy dinner grits!

Grandma's meatloaf: Thick slices of our delicious family recipe meatloaf wrapped in bacon, smothered in scratch made gravy and served with Yukon gold mashed taters and fresh veggie of the day.

We have a lot of things in our kitchen, however one thing we do NOT have is a microwave. Real food done right with no short cuts, that's family style cooking and that's exactly what we do here at Rose & Eddie's.

All Day Pot Roast: We start cooking this beauty first thing in the morning so by supper time it's fork tender and melts in your mouth. Our roast is cooked with plenty of potatoes, carrots, onions and corn and served with enough sauce to eat stew style!

Pork Ambrosia: Tenderpork rubbed with brown sugar and creole spices cooked in our rotisserie and then smothered in our house made pineapple habenero sauce. served with yukon gold mashed taters and fresh veggie of the day.
